Kenuo has created quality tracking service file and actively visits customers to check the boiler operation situation.
Provide the best system solution based on customer project requirement and factory plan, design the boiler room and make the boiler room layout drawing, boiler installation system diagram, equipment assembly diagram and electrical schematic diagram etc. to ensure smooth project design, installation, acceptance and use.
Boiler quality, boiler installation and boiler operation are the three key factors that determine the good operation of the boiler. After boiler arrive customer site, qualified engineers will be sent to site for boiler installation and commissioning guidance.
After the boiler installed and finish commissioning, Kenuo engineer will provide a system training about the boiler operation and maintenance. Training content will include boiler basic knowledge and boiler and auxiliary operation&controls, to ensure your operator knows everything about the boiler and whole system, so the boiler can work at its best performance.
For any parts damaged within the warranty period, Kenuo will provide replacement parts free of charge upon receiving the initial request.
To ensure the long-term performance of your boiler and reduce maintenance costs, we offer lifetime maintenance services upon request. Four times a year, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection, overhaul, and cleaning of the boiler burners, control systems, water treatment equipment, and other auxiliary components.
