Kenuo GXZ-3 WNS series air-cooled smoke box hot air type integrated steam boiler is a new generation of high-efficiency energy-saving steam boiler developed by our company. Boiler adopts horizontal wet back three-pass structure layout. The furnace is located on the right side, the second pass smoke pipe is on the left, and the 3rd pass smoke pipe is arranged at the bottom. The water supply is on the left. Through thermal calculation and CFD numerical simulation, a counterclockwise natural circulation flow field of water is formed in the boiler drum. Compared with the traditional circular reversal chamber structure, boiler water circulation rate is increased by 3 times, the water level is more stable, the steam dryness is higher, the boiler steam output is enhanced, the fuel consumption is reduced, and the thermal efficiency is improved.
