WDR series electric steam boiler is horizontal shell type, the combustion equipment is electric heating, normal temperature softened water directly enters the boiler , is heated by the electric heating device, and the steam goes out through the steam-water separation device on the top of the drum .The main pressure components are composed of front and rear tube plates, tie rods and shells. A 300x400 manhole is set on the top of the body; a hand hole device and a sewage hole device are set at the bottom. Openable protective covers of the electric heating device are set at the front and rear.
System flow: Boiler softened water → softened water tank → boiler water inlet → electric heating device heating → become pressurized saturated water → top steam-water separation device → steam outlet → gas cylinder → user
